Want to enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast before visiting the city or going to work ? We offer a delicious, continental buffet with a wide selection of breads, juices, various dietary products and low in calories, served by an independant provider, Lloyd Coffee Eatery - all for only €15.00 !

Weekday service from 07:00 to 10:00.
Service on weekends and holidays from 07:00 to 11:00.
Children's formula (from 6 to 11 years old included) at 8€.
Breakfast is free of charge for children under 6 years old.

Aftewards you can relax at our Grab&Stay lounge on the ground floor, open 24 hours ! With its cosy and relaxing decor, this is the perfect space for those who want to have a good time and surf the Internet free of charge.

Reception

Check-in : You can access your room from 3pm.
Early Check-in : Where possible, our team will be happy to give you access to your room before 3pm. If you wish to guarantee access to your room from 8am, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking
Check-out : On the day of your departure, you are asked to vacate your room by 11am at the latest.
Late Check-out : Where possible, our team will be happy to let you enjoy your room until 2pm on the day of your departure. To enjoy this service, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking.
Opening hours : Our team of receptionists are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will therefore be able to check-in at a time that suits you, and come and go from the hotel as you please.
Extra bed: We can add an extra bed in your room for 50€ per night, from 4 years old on.
Children: For children under the age of 4, free baby cots are available upon request.

The car park "Interparking Grand-Place" open 24 hours a day, is located two minutes from our hotel, at the Carrefour de l'Europe, next to the Central Station.

Security

All our establishments are under video surveillance in public areas and hotel corridors.

All rooms are equipped with individual safes. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or disappearance of valuables not placed in the safe.

Luggage storage

Our luggage storage area is at your disposal free of charge, for those of you who arrive before 3pm as well as for those who wish to stroll around town for a few hours without your luggage after having checked-out.
